Deltathree, Expands Latin American VoIP Network

Hosted VoIP communications solutions for service
providers, resellers and consumers, deltathree, has expanded its Latin
American network termination partners aimed at increasing the reach of
its hosted residential VoIP Outsourced Platform Solution customers in
the region.

Responding to increased demand for hosted
VoIP solutions in Latin America, deltathree is also actively engaging
regional service providers, cable companies and ISPs in key Latin
American markets including Mexico, Argentina, Colombia and Brazil. To

will be participating in The National and Andean Telecommunications
Congress (Andicom) in Cartagena, Colombia, from October 24th to the

Skype Certified VoIP Conference Phone by Polycom

Polycom has announced that the VoiceStation 500, conference phone is now Skype compatible and certified.  The look of this conference phone is really stylish (at least in my opinion :) ) and the fact that it is now compatible with the Skype platform makes it a really attracting otion since it can provide cheap conference calls and we all know how important is for businesses to cut costs as much as possible.

VoIP in the Middle East

Organizations in Oman are looking to implement VoIP in the near future. They are approaching the whole matter very sensbly as they are going to try and educate consummers and create awaraness about VoIP telephony first. Omantell recently organized a five-day regional workshop on IP telephony and VoIP applications at its training centre, with the assistance of the International Telecommunications Institute in Canada.
